If you’re still undecided about whether to take a ski holiday this season then you should know that in many resorts across the Alps it’s the best season in over a decade and there are still some fantastic chalet options available for the holidays.
In Davos where the World Economic forum has just come to a close there’s Tivoli Lodge (pictured above), which has been reduced by over £10,000 for the February half term.
The chalet is one of the very finest properties in the mountains and has everything you could possibly imagine from a home cinema through to a spa area (pictured below) and even a soft playroom with a ball pit.
The chalet sleeps up to sixteen guests and is priced at £45,000 from the 12th February (just over £2,800 per person). You get a private chef and chauffeur for that price too.
If you’re looking for a little more notice before your trip then the family friendly Chalet Illimani in St Anton is available for you and up to twelve guests from the 1st April. Just shy of €1,800 per person for the week including 5 course dinners and breakfasts.
If you’re looking for something a little smaller, then Chalet Astorina in Verbier is available from the 25th March for up to 6 guests at £825 per person. Again, this includes everything from breakfast through to gourmet dinners and even house wines.
