Soif Restaurant, a new wine bar from the people behind the acclaimed Terroirs and Brawn, opened in November 2011 in Battersea Rise, SW11.
Soif Restaurant will focus on cooking well-sourced seasonal ingredients with an extensive range of natural and bio-dynamic wines.
The head chef is Colin Westal, most recently head chef at Le Café Anglais with Rowley Leigh, with previous experience at Kensington Place, The Avenue Restaurant and Ransome’s Dock.
The menu is concise, written daily, and is driven by the market and seasons, but a charcuterie selection will always be available. The 70-seat space at Soif Restaurant will include eight stools at the bar and a small front terrace for up to 12.
