The Westbury Hotel in Mayfair is currently updating its entire food and beverage operation, starting with The Gallery at The Westbury, which officially opens on 4 July 2011.
Adjacent to The Westbury Hotel in Conduit Street, the brasserie will be open all day, every day, from breakfast through to dinner, featuring a modern Mediterranean menu from head chef Brian Fantoni (previously at Cantina del Ponte, Enoteca Turi, Claridge’s, and The Savoy).
This launch is part of a major investment in The Westbury’s overall food operation, with the next phase being Alyn Williams at The Westbury, opening in early September on the former Artisan restaurant site inside the hotel. Alyn Williams was previous head chef at Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley for four years.
Update: Brasserie Chavot opened at the Westbury Hotel in March 2013 bringing his unique style of French cooking back to London.
