For high intensity interval training, try Barry’s Bootcamp London.
Anyone who knows me or follows me on Twitter will know that two years ago I developed a very healthy obsession with Barry’s Bootcamp. It’s part of my daily routine where, even as someone who eats outs very often for work, I can stay fit and healthy.
A fantastic team of dedicated, motivated and fun trainers and staff have become good friends and it has been great to see them thrive.
So it’s a real pleasure to say that their second site opens on Saturday 27 June on Worship Street / City Road in The City, joining the original site opposite Euston station.
If you love keeping fit with an enormous sense of camaraderie, I can highly recommend Barry’s Bootcamp London.
Below is a little more information about it that I wrote when the first site opened 2 years ago.
Barry’s Bootcamp has been training Hollywood’s A-List since 1998 and it has now arrived in London to whip us into shape.
Forget the usual image of a bootcamp – this is a cool, sexy space (as are the trainers) with a series of daily classes that on average burn up to 1000 calories in a 60 minutes session.
The training sessions at Barry’s Bootcamp combine high intensity treadmill work with strength training using free weights, bands and bars – either focusing on a specific muscle group or a full body workout.
A daily schedule of classes at Barry’s Bootcamp London start at 06:00 with the last class at 21:00, so it’s easy to find a slot that works around your working and social life.
Classes can be purchased on a pay as you go basis or can be purchased in bulk at a discount. They also offer monthly ‘Academies’ where you attend the same class each day and you must commit to a full month of classes 5 times per week.
Barry’s Bootcamp London has friendly, motivational trainers alongside a high-energy soundtrack and low lighting so nobody can see you sweat – perfect!
