The UK Michelin Guide 2026

The results of the UK and Ireland Michelin Guide 2026 are in.

Whatever your thoughts on the Michelin guide, it’s the guide that restaurateurs and chefs most revere and the annual announcement brings a storm of anticipation and discussion.

The winners of the UK and Ireland Michelin Guide for 2026 were announced on Monday 9 February in Dublin.

There were no new 3 Michelin Starred restaurants this year, therefore the total number of 3 star establishments in the UK and Ireland remains at 10.

In London, those restaurants are: Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, CORE by Clare Smyth, Helene Darroze at the Connaught, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Sketch The Lecture room & Library and The Ledbury.

The city saw two new 2 star restaurants: Bonheur by Matt Abé, which opened in the former Le Gavroche site, and Row on 5 (pictured below), which was elevated from one to two stars.

Many London restaurants were recognised with one star, including Legado in Shoreditch, Tom Brown at The Capital in Knightsbridge, Ambassadors Clubhouse in Mayfair and The Kerfield Arms in Camberwell.
