'Beard to Tail' Pop-Up in Shoreditch

‘Beard To Tail’ will pop-up in Shoreditch from 12 to 15 June 2012 from the team behind the Callooh Callay bar.

‘Beard to Tail’ will offer excellent cocktails (Callooh Callay features on our list of London’s best cocktail bars) and a meat focused menu including the ‘Rumpie-Pumpie for 2’ – a hump of slow-roasted Old Spot pork rump, sage and wild garlic crust with Bramley apple sauce.

With only 35 covers and a no bookings policy, the event will also give diners a preview of Beard to Tail the restaurant, opening September 2012.
