Kerridge's Bar and Grill at Corinthia Hotel London

Corinthia Hotel London announced that chef Tom Kerridge will take over its main restaurant in September 2018.

Good news for London – Tom Kerridge has opened a new restaurant at the Corinthia Hotel London.

Tom is famous for his pub, The Hand and Flowers, which has been awarded 2 Michelin Stars.

Kerridge’s Bar and Grill is a relaxed British brasserie on the site that was previously Massimo Restaurant & Bar, on the ground floor of the hotel.

The dining room has been beautifully updated by David Collins Studio, as you can see in the picture below.

The menu features some classic British dishes made with the refinement and certain twists as you’d expect from such a high calibre chef.

Startes include a Cornish crab vol-au-vent with avocado, green apple and crab bisque and a seriuously indulgent glazed omelette ‘Lobster Thermidor’.

The Corinthia is one of the best hotels in London (you should see the spa!) and this is an excellent addition to the hotel.
