This tool is not designed to replace us – we are still here to work on the same basis as we always have. 

 

However, it is an additional tool where you can book directly and still receive all the perks and benefits that are usually available through us. 

 

The portal has approximately 1,700 hotels on there, so it does not cover all the hotels we have access to, only the ones that are a part of Virtuoso.  

 

For example, you will not be able to get a price for a Four Seasons Hotel through the portal and with certain hotel groups such as Hyatt and Shangri-La, it is better to contact us because we get guaranteed upgrades through their own preferred partner schemes. 

 

So, here’s how it works: 

 

Simply click on the ‘Book Now’ button below and follow these simple steps.

 

• Enter the location or hotel name and your travel dates in the search field
• Select your preferred hotel from the search result
• Select the red “Book” button next to your preferred room category
• Add your contact and payment details.

When your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from Virtuoso with the full booking details including all the benefits.

We will also receive a confirmation of the booking and will follow up with you in case you have any additional requests. 

 

As I said earlier, this is not meant to replace us but a tool if you want to book directly or search for rates quickly.
