Accor has its own luxury hotel programme offering VIP benefits called Accor Hera, which can only be accessed by select luxury travel agencies like us. The scheme used to be called STEP.
Accor Hera benefits can be booked at ALL hotels in the following brands: Fairmont, Raffles, Sofitel Legend, Banyan Tree, Faena.
Plus many hotels under these brands: SLS, Sofitel, Delano, 21C, Rixos, MGallery, Pullman, Swissotel, SO/.

For most participating hotels there is no minimum stay requirement but a few of the cheaper hotels have a two night minimum.
Accor rates are usually the same as the Best Flexible Rate shown online, although there are discounted rates available as well, and there are special Hera 3rd and 4th night free offers exclusively for Hera travel agents.
You will earn Accor Live Limitless points and elite night credits on top and you pay on departure.
