The Hakkasan Group launched Chrysan London in The City behind Liverpool Street station. Chrysan is a Japanese restaurant in partnership with Japan’s Michelin-starred chef, Yoshihiro Murata.
Chef Murata is the third generation chef patron of Kikunoi, a traditional Ryotei restaurant in Kyoto, which holds three Michelin stars. In addition to an extensive à la carte offering, Chrysan London will feature a signature kaiseki menu for dinner, as well as a special bento set lunch.
Open weekdays and Saturday evening, Chrysan’s dining room will accommodate 100, including a chef’s table for eight and a private dining room seating 12 (pictured below). Chrysan London also has a bar named ‘NeNe’ which will seat up to 30, offering a cocktail list and a menu of lighter dishes.
With the launch of Chrysan London, the Hakkasan Group adds to its Michelin starred Cantonese restaurants Hakkasan Hanway Place, Hakkasan Mayfair and Yauatcha, with HKK opening on 5 December 2012.
